Maija Max otherwise known as King Solomon the Son of David was born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised by his late great Aunt, Aunt Gwen who saw to it that he attended church every Sunday. He combined singing in church with his love for reggae, playing in local clubs, going to school and becoming active in PAL sponsored community youth clubs to create a unique style/flow, and a positive message.
